  • Candidate data: up to 4 years from the last interaction, unless consent is withdrawn earlier
  • Client and vendor data: 10 years due to accounting and legal obligations
  • Website analytics data: retained according to provider-specific policies (e.g., Google Analytics ~26 months)

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
