Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
International company which provides a comprehensive product portfolio for special industries all over the world is seeking a new Production manager.
Company is producing mainly equipment for the feed industry, for solid/liquid separation, hydropower stations and the pulp & paper industry.
• Responsible for the daily activities of the production.
• Achieve agreed delivery commitments
• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
• Ensure all processes are running to baseline and that any changes are properly evaluated and documented with the appropriate change form
• Ensure that proper start-up, shut-down, and troubleshooting procedures are being followed
• Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel
• Coordinates with the maintenance to ensure minimum downtimes of machines
• Implement lean manufacturing to increase operational excellence across the site.
• Support Continuous Improvement by suggesting longer term processing solutions that will reduce costs by way of improved scrap rates, optimized efficiency and reliability
• Assist in development of new processes / machines
• Coach and develop the production team, manage the development of designated direct reports, formulation and implementation of overall site employer engagement program.
• Monthly reporting for all production activities
