Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
• Second level of support for users of dedicated applications
• Daily support of ITIL-based processes related to incident, request and problem management
• Preparation of service performance reporting to internal business owners
• Cooperation on supplier management processes with solution providers to ensure effective
management of relationships between the relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring the successful delivery of releases, changes, bug fixes and patches
• Support of the continuous improvement processes
• Maintenance of accurate solution documentation, ensuring its quality and correctness

Požiadavky na zamestnanca
Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
• Education on a degree level with 1+ year post-graduate working experience
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and architectures
• Experience with the use of IT Service Management methodology – Incident, Request, Problem, Change
• Solid knowledge of vendor management
• Experience with working in the automotive industry would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of technology supporting the company’s joint priorities – FOSS, DevOps, Cloud, API,
IAM – would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Agile project management methods, such as Scrum and Kanban would be considered
an advantage
