Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
- Managing of local financial department
- Responsibility for all financial operations, controlling, accounting and reporting - Responsibility for monthly closing, preparation of monthly reports according to IFRS
- Preparation of statutory accounts and annual reports
- Communication with auditors and tax authorities P
- Preparation of company operations analysis (production, sales, costs, others)
- Preparation and implementation of accounting and other policies
- Reporting in accordance with group and concern rules
- Product calculations (also quotation calculations)
- Variance analyses
- Planning of costs, revenues, investment and personnel – budget preparation
- CAPEX financial planning
- Transforming the plans into Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss
- Internal transfer of costs and revenues
- Inventory controlling
- Investment controlling and calculation of investment effectivity
- Cash-flow preparation
- Helping other departments with budget creation and consulting

- Superior systems, database and modelling skills are essential for you to succeed in this role

- Experience of planning/budgeting processes ideally in a multinational manufacturing organization
- Experience in similar position
- Knowledge of the IFRS
